How Winner compensation is defined, qualified for, calculated and paid.

The Compensation Plan will define, in full, how earnings are calculated: the sources of compensation and how they are kept separate, the qualification criteria for each period, how achievement tiers from Bronze through Crown are earned, how attribution is established and locked, and how and when payouts are made.

Two principles are already fixed. Compensation and achievement are calculated on retained Winners rather than on enrollments. And every calculation must be reconstructible from source records, so that any Winner can trace exactly how a figure was reached.

This page is a placeholder within a design prototype. The operative version of this document will be prepared and reviewed by counsel prior to public launch, and the version in force at the time of your enrollment is the one that governs.
